Meat substitute: Vegetarian Nut Bites

Method of preparation

Frying pan : 4-6 minutes on moderate heat. Turn every now and then.
Oven : 5-7 minutes at 180°C. Turn once.
Microwave: 1 min. at 900W.



These vegetarian Nut Bites are full with mixed nuts and do have a good bite. Delicious with the main course or as a snack. A vegetarian Nut Bite weighs 17 grams.
